External Label Un/Rewinder for labels, tickets and tags. The Un/Rewinder is designed for Un/Rewinding the labels as the printer feeds it. The Un/Rewinder is made for the Rewinder to stand in front of printer and the Unwinder for standing in back of printer. The Un/Rewinder is fixed with a sheet in the middle from where you can fix the printer. The Rewinder has a special adjustable mechanic, where you can adjust it to the side. This way to fix the printer together with the unite means that you are sure that the Un/Rewinder and the printer is always in line with the label output and guaranteeing a good result. It is also an option to choose to have the Un/Rewinder "Stand Alone", in this case the rubber feet ensure that the Unwinder and the Rewinder stands in its place, in this case the middle sheet are excluded. The Un/Rewinder is made for you to be able to run bigger rolls than the printer can contain or that you want to have control of the label rolls and you want to apply the labels manually or automatically later on. The Un/Rewinder can match the printers maximum speed. Un/Rewinding is done neatly and efficiently. Besides, it is a silent operation. By means of switches you can control rewinding direction and power on/off. The label web tension can easily be adjusted. The Un/Rewinder is synchronized with the printer, to be automatically stopped by tension arm. A tension plate on the bobbin shaft on the Rewinder unit is automatically suits bobbins having a diameter of 38-41mm. When no paper bobbin is used, the label web can be folded and fixed under the tension plate. No need for tape. The Rewinder can be loaded with 3 inch bobbin.

The Un/Rewinder(URW) are made in 4 different models. Different models can take label width size 135mm or 180mm, and label roll diameter size 210mm or 360mm. If you are looking for a small or medium size Un/Rewinder you should look at URW4S or URW6S depending on the width of your labels. For more "Heavy duty" operations you should consider the Heavy duty Un/Rewinder URW4L or URW6L, which can take roll diameter of 360mm.
