Rugged external rewinder for labels, tickets and tags. The rewinder is designed for rewinding the printed labels as they come out of the printer. The method of rewinding labels externally offers advantages in case you want to apply the labels manually or automatically later on. The rewinders can match the printer’s maximum speed and takes the whole label roll that contained in the printer or more, depending on the model. Rewinding is done neatly and efficiently. Besides, it is a silent operation. By means of switches you can control rewinding direction and power on/off. The label web tension can easily be adjusted. The rewinder is synchronized with the printer, to be automatically stopped by a tension arm. As the inner diameter of the paper bobbin often varies, a tension plate on the bobbin shaft is automatically suits bobbins having a diameter of 38-41mm. When no paper bobbin is used, the label web can be folded and fixed under the tension plate or you can use the U-profile pull pin. No need for tape. The rewinder can be loaded with 3 inch bobbin. All Rewinders can be fixed together with any thermo printers.

The Rewinder(RW) are made in 4 different models. Different models can take label width size 135mm or 180mm, and label roll diameter size 210mm or 360mm. If you are looking for a small or medium size Rewinder you should look at RW4S or RW6S depending on the width of your labels. For more "Heavy duty" operations you should consider the Heavy duty Rewinder RW4L or RW6L, which can take roll diameter of 360mm.
