External unwinder for labels, tickets and tags. The Unwinder is made in 4 different versions.
You can choose between unwinder models which can take label width size 125mm or 180mm,
and label roll diameter size 260mm or 380mm. Or you can look at our Low Cost models.
If you are looking for a medium size unwinder you should look at UW4S or UW6S depending on the
label width you have. For more heavy duty operations you should consider the
heavy duty
Unwinder UW4L or UW6L, which can take roll diameter of 380mm.
At all our Unwinders the unwinding is done neatly and efficiently. Besides, it is a silent operation. As the inner diameter of
the paper bobbin often varies the diameter of the bobbin can be adjusted. An tension plate on the bobbin
shaft is automatically suits bobbins having a diameter of 38-41mm.(depending on model). When no paper
bobbin are used, the label web can be folded and fixed under the tension plate. No need for tape. All
unwinder units in "L"-series has an inner label flange to keep the edge of the label web aligned as
the labels are being rewound. You can put the unwinder in back of your printer, the special feet prevents
the unit from moving, or you can fix the unwinder together with your printer, this guarantee the best
unwinding result. All Unwinders can be adapted to any thermo printers.
